Through Solaris Method, I help wellness centers create the digital infrastructure they need to operate in flow, so you can focus on what you do best: serving clients.
Now I'm creating Flow with Solaris, a video interview series that showcases the incredible wellness center owners doing meaningful work in their communities.
About Flow with Solaris
This show is about giving visibility to wellness center owners, your unique gifts, the challenges you've overcome, and the healing work that makes a difference in people's lives.
"I believe there are many paths to healing the human body, and most people don't know they exist. My mission is to share the good news, to shine a light on the practitioners who are doing this work, and to explore what's actually helping people get well. This is about discovering what's real, what's working, and making sure those stories get told."
Through video interviews, I'm creating content that showcases who you are, what you've built, and why it matters. You'll receive the finished video to share with your own audience, content that tells your story beautifully.
How the Interview Works

Fill out the short form so I can learn about your center and your journey. I'll review your application and reach out to schedule.
Schedule Your Interview
Once accepted, you'll pick a date and time for your recorded video interview. I'll send you a few questions in advance so you can gather your thoughts.
Record Your Episode
On your scheduled day, we'll hop on Zoom together for a casual, conversational video interview (about 30 minutes). No script needed, I just want to hear your story.
Get Your Content
I'll edit the interview and share it on Flow with Solaris. You're welcome to use the video to share with your own community too!
